NAPHTHA

KEROSENE (DPK)
Kerosene is a burnable hydrocarbon liquid that is derived from Crude Oil. It is a low viscosity, clear liquid formed from the hydrocarbons obtained from the fractional distillation of Petroleum between 150 and 275 °C as well as derived from cracking of heavier molecules. DPK is comprised of aliphatic hydrocarbons with 10-16 carbons per molecule and Benzene and Naphthalene derivatives. Liquid Kerosene fuels carry potentially harmful compounds, including ‘Hexane’ and ‘Benzene’. It is commonly used as a fuel in aviation as well as household. In extension, it can be used as an oil in central heating systems.
FUEL OIL
Fuel Oil is a vital refined petroleum product utilized extensively as an energy source across industries and marine transportation. Derived from Crude Oil refining, it comes in various grades based on viscosity and sulfur content. DIESEL

WHITE SPIRIT
A mixture of Aliphatic and Alicyclic C7 to C12 hydrocarbons, White Spirit is used as an Extraction Solvent, Cleaning Solvent, Degreasing Solvent and as a solvent in Aerosols, Paints, Wood Preservatives, Lacquers, Varnishes, and Asphalt Products. In western Europe about 60% of the total White Spirit consumption is used in Paints, Lacquers and Varnishes.
White Spirit is the most widely used solvent in the paint industry. In households, White Spirit is commonly used to clean paint brushes after use, to clean auto parts and tools, as a starter fluid for charcoal grills, to remove adhesive residue from non-porous surfaces, and many other common tasks.
BITUMEN
The interest in reducing the Bitumen content to reduce costs and environmental impacts has led to the search for new materials able to provide the characteristics and functions offered by the bitumen. The primary use (70%) of Asphalt is in road construction, where it is used as the Glue or Binder mixed with aggregate particles to create Asphalt Concrete. Its other main uses are for Bituminous waterproofing products, including production of roofing felt and for sealing flat roofs.
